The Chancery Rosewood — 30 Grosvenor Square, Mayfair, London

Set in the heart of Mayfair, The Chancery Rosewood occupies the former United States Embassy at 30 Grosvenor Square, an iconic mid-century building originally designed by Eero Saarinen in 1960. Meticulously restored and reimagined by David Chipperfield Architects, the landmark now combines historic architectural significance with contemporary luxury.

The transformation preserves the building’s distinctive modernist façade while introducing refined interiors designed by French architect Joseph Dirand. The property features 144 elegantly appointed suites, spacious communal areas, and a curated collection of dining destinations.

Guests and visitors can enjoy eight restaurants and bars, including the European debut of the renowned New York restaurant Carbone, alongside a vibrant rooftop dining terrace with space for up to 300 guests.

Overlooking the prestigious gardens of Grosvenor Square in London, the property offers a unique blend of heritage architecture, world-class hospitality, and cultural programming, positioning The Chancery Rosewood as one of Mayfair’s most distinctive luxury destinations.
